Being more at ease with transitioning to prioritizing amount of sleep over waking up time, because you can’t deeply work more than four hours anyway.

6:45 of sleep (not time in bed) seems to be the magic duration, when looking at old sleep tracking data from about a year ago. Which means that the additional half hour I’m trying to get every day really makes the difference.
